I’ve talked about Raven and R.C. essential oils for adults, and while I have used those oils on my kids from time to time, there is a Young Living blend made specifically for kids and breathing support that I absolutely love. The name says it all “SniffleEase.” If you have kids then you know that sniffles just comes with the territory. No way around it really. But there are ways to help. Find a hobby that you love. Take breaks and get outside. Or maybe, you might find some help in the little bottle of Joy Essential Oil.
