For all of my kids, I have done the 3 day potty training method. Well, sort of. Some things I disagreed with. Some things we changed a bit. But in the end, all three of our children were potty trained in a fairly painless fashion. So here are my 3 day potty training tips.

Essential oils for potty training. Now before you get all excited, there is no oil that is going to magically train your child. Sorry. (I know, I was disappointed too.) But there are oils that can aid you and your child to have a better experience with what can be a stressful life event. You could be surprised though, it could go much smoother than you expected! I’ve definitely had some of my kids just “get it” way faster than I expected. So before I share about essential oils for potty training, I did want to leave you with that little piece of encouragement.

But pretty much everyone admits that they are connected. And one critical component for mental health (which effects your physical health) is Joy. Sometimes it is hard to reach that emotion.
